Job summary

RBC in Montréal is seeking a Senior Client Service Advisor to manage a dedicated client portfolio within Transaction Banking, delivering a differentiated servicing experience. You will coordinate with partners to resolve requests and deepen relationships, while promoting digital tools for efficient self-service and product adoption.

The role requires 3-5 years in treasury/cash management, strong communication and bilingual English/French skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related experience with strong working knowledge of treasury and cash management operations and products.
• Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly serve our clients and do business with RBC partners across Canada.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by responding promptly and accurately to requests, prioritizing the client’s needs and resolving on the first contact.
• Partner with the CRT and Operations teams to offer expert advice and coordinated service solutions.
• Record and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner with root-cause analysis.
• Balance competing demands and prioritize tasks to meet stakeholder requirements and compliance considerations.
• Conduct regular client service reviews to enhance product utilization and identify new opportunities.
• Educate clients and promote adoption of digital solutions to enable self-service.
