Job summary

RBC in La Sarre, Canada is seeking a client-focused branch professional to engage with clients on everyday banking, credit and investment needs, educate on digital tools, and connect them with specialists as needed.

You will build relationships, drive sales opportunities, and deliver memorable service through proactive conversation and strong ethics. English and French required; mutual funds accreditation preferred or to be obtained.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation or willingness to obtain it.
• Passion for putting clients first and success in a target-driven sales environment.
• Strong problem-solving and people skills to build relationships.
• Flexibility, eagerness to learn, strong ethics, and hunger for success.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).
• Bilingualism (English and French) required to serve clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with clients in-branch and in the community to uncover banking needs and identify sales/referral opportunities.
• Focus on client education and demonstrations, leveraging technology for a memorable experience.
• Respond to client-initiated contact and assist with a full range of financial transactions.
• Listen actively to understand individual client needs and tailor conversations accordingly.
• Take ownership of resolving and preventing client banking problems.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with partners to maximize business opportunities and referrals.
