Job summary

RBC is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor in Sherbrooke, QC, to attract, grow, and nurture relationships with high-value personal and small business clients. You will provide proactive, professional advice across everyday banking, investments, and credit, collaborating with RBC partners to help clients reach goals and life events.

You will travel or work from any RBC location listed in the posting; strong English/French communication is required to serve diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Mutual Funds accreditation required.
• Quebec Personal Finance certificate required.
• 1–2 years proven sales experience in financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.
• Digital literacy across devices (smartphones, tablets, laptops).
• Bilingual English/French required for client service.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy and understanding in client interactions.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice at first contact.
• Collaborate with RBC partners to meet clients’ financial needs.
• Provide education on complex credit and investments with suitable solutions.
• Encourage digital self-serve while offering advice in preferred channel.

• Develop strategies to acquire and retain clients in the local community.
