Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field is an asset.
• Prior experience with residential territories.
• Water industry or residential sales experience is an asset.
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional customer service demeanor is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to transportation.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Sell water treatment applications to residential customers in a straightforward and professional manner.
• Execute sales presentations and complete full product demonstrations with every lead.
• Generate self-sourced leads and initiate calls to maintain quotas.
• Respond to customer needs and follow up pre-installation and post-sale.
• Discuss products clearly, answer questions, and perform water testing when needed.
• Build community presence through local chambers of commerce and civic groups.
