Job summary

Culligan Water in Brampton, Ontario, is seeking a motivated residential sales specialist to promote water treatment solutions. You will conduct product demonstrations, test water quality, and present Culligan's service offerings with professionalism to homeowners.

The role emphasizes self-starting initiative, flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and building community relationships through local organizations.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field is an asset.
• Prior experience with residential territories.
• Water industry or residential sales experience is an asset.
• A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills.
• Pleasant, professional customer service demeanor is essential.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to transportation.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.

Our Company

Responsibilities

• Sell water treatment applications to residential customers in a straightforward and professional manner.
• Execute Culligan's proven sales presentation process while completing the full product demonstration with every potential customer.
• Seek out self-generated new customer leads and initiate sales calls to potential customers to maintain sales quotas.
• Generate leads from referrals, print advertising, etc.
• Respond to current customers' needs as requested.
• Follow up with new customers pre-installation and post-sale of product.
• Discuss all products on a clearly understood level, answer customers’ questions, and perform the technical aspects of the job (water testing, etc.)
• Become known in the community through involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce and/or other civic organizations.
• Set personal performance goals and be creative in your attempts to achieve them.
• Communicate with the Sales Manager on leads and scheduled appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
