Job summary

Culligan is seeking a motivated residential sales professional in Mississauga to drive water treatment solutions. You will conduct comprehensive product demonstrations, present our offerings clearly, and manage end-to-end sales cycles with homeowners.

Leverage your communication skills, build local relationships, and generate new leads while supporting customers from pre-installation through post-sale service. A flexible schedule and reliable transport are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Marketing or related field is an asset.
• Residential sales experience is an asset.
• Water industry experience is a definite asset.
• Self-starter with initiative and ability to work independently.
• Positive attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Sell water treatment applications to residential customers in a straightforward and professional manner.
• Execute Culligan’s proven sales presentation process while completing the full product demonstration with every potential customer.

• Generate leads from referrals, print advertising, etc.
• Respond to current customers’ needs as requested.
• Follow up with new customers pre-installation and post-sale of product.
• Discuss all products on a clearly understood level, answer customers’ questions, and perform the technical aspects of the job (water testing, etc.).
• Become known in the community through involvement in the local Chamber of Commerce and/or other civic organizations.
• Set personal performance goals and be creative in your attempts to achieve them.
• Communicate with the Sales Manager on leads and scheduled appointments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous experience in the water industry or with residential sales is a definite asset.
• A versatile self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently with minimum supervision.
• Positive attitude, work ethic, strong interpersonal and good written and oral communication skills
• Pleasant, professional, and friendly customer service demeanour is a must.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and access to your own transportation.
• Good work ethic and good attitude is a must.
