Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a Journeyman Trade Certification (or equivalent).
• 8+ years of direct construction experience managing complex projects.
• Strong planning, estimating, scheduling, contract and change management, cost control and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects ensuring safety, schedule, quality and budget targets.
• Mentor project teams and field supervision to drive performance and coordination across disciplines.
• Oversee project financial performance including budgeting, cost control, forecasting and profitability up to $100M.
• Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships, delivering high‑quality outcomes and pursuing new business.
• Champion health, safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
