Job summary

IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a reliable forklift operator to rotate through our night shift and contribute to safe, efficient loading and inventory handling.

You will operate a sit-down counter balance forklift, read pick lists, and work with drivers to ensure accurate loads and safe loading/unloading procedures. The role requires 2 years forklift experience, a valid Class 1 license, and the ability to work outdoors in all weather.

Qualifications

• Must have valid forklift certification class 1 license.
• Must be able to read a pick list.
• Must be able to pass a fit for duty Physical.
• 2 years forklift experience.
• Previous experience with materials handling & distribution warehouses preferred.
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary, including weekends.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

Reporting to the Shipping Supervisor, the successful candidate will maintain production and quality by ensuring operation of machinery and equipment.

This is a full time non-unionized

Schedule: Sunday - Friday, 8:00pm - 4:30am

Rate: $29.46
