Job summary
IntelliPro is seeking a Warehouse Technician to join our team and work with Caper Carts at partner locations to set up, diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues. You will be a subject matter expert for cart components and construction, handling tickets from our Support Portal and providing feedback on hardware and software states.

Qualifications
- Knowledge of Wi‑Fi setups and router wiring.
- Experience with Weights & Measures local certification.
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Sheets and email.
- Able to use battery-powered tools.
- Capable of operating pallet jacks and stackers.
- Willingness to learn and follow procedures promptly.
- Able to lift up to 40 kg in a warehouse setting.
- Meticulous with tracking materials by serial numbers.
- Interest in hardware and software of new technology.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
