Ipro Networks Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Warehouse Associate in Canada, Burlington, to join our hardware and software support team.

You will unpack, inspect, config ure and pack shopping cart hardware, while troubleshooting and coordinating with field technicians and engineers. You’ll use safety equipment and tools to ensure reliable cart performance. Ideal candidates are detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work with Wi‑Fi setups, weight checks, and various warehouse tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Wi‑Fi setups and router configurations.
• Experience ensuring cart components meet local Weight & Measures targets.
• Comfort using Slack, Google Sheets and email for team communication.
• Ability to operate basic battery tools and pallet jacks.
• Capable of lifting up to 40 kilograms and following established procedures.
• Strong organizational and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Unpack and perform inbound quality checks on carts and hardware.
• Configure software and hardware for retailer deployments.
• Perform outbound quality checks on shipped hardware.
• Pack carts and hardware for shipment to retailers.
• Provide feedback to engineering via internal ticketing portal.
• Identify issues and implement practical solutions.
• Serve as a reference point for cart hardware queries.
• Ensure outbound carts meet Weight & Measures criteria.
• Support training of warehouse and field technicians.
• Troubleshoot intermittent problems and assist software support.
• Inspect and repair electrical components inside hardware modules.
