Job summary

Intelligrated is seeking an Advanced Customer Service Technician to work on client site, performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and preventive repairs on material handling systems. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure safe, satisfactory completion of assignments and strictly follow site guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 4+ years in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders, records, logs and documents according to procedures.
• Diagnose problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe environment.
• Assists other Technicians in troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Operates material handling equipment and related systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Documents issues in CMMS and communicates with departments to resolve.
• Supports Customer Service with on-site information and problem resolution.
