Job summary

Intelligrated, a leading provider of warehouse automation and material handling solutions, seeks an Advanced Customer Service Technician to perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs within customer facilities. The role requires on-site work, coordination with departments, and adherence to client safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, diagnosing issues from drawings and diagnostics, and maintaining equipment with PPE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years of electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders, records, logs and other written or computer-based documents according to established procedures.
• Diagnose problems using technical drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE while maintaining equipment and safe work environment.
• Assists other Technicians in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of distribution center equipment.
• Operates material handling equipment and related systems.
• Performs preventive maintenance and repairs per safety and quality procedures.
• Documents customer support issues in CMMS/Dashboard databases.
• Provides information to Customer Service and management to improve service.
• Flexible to work on multiple shifts and holidays; may require overtime.
