Qualifications

• Experience leading a manufacturing team.
• Able to coordinate with multiple carrier company partners.
• Experience operating forklift or similar material-handling equipment.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Production Control and Quality System.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities and guide team members.
• Monitor shipping timelines and provide status updates throughout the day.
• Address bottlenecks and coordinate with carriers on deliveries.
• Conduct daily huddles and track operator performance using KPIs.
• Support safety policy adherence and lean initiatives.
