Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its Milton, Ontario site. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Area Manager and drives safety, quality, productivity, and service targets.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and related warehouse functions.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and SLAs.
Drive performance through coaching, feedback, accountability and follow-up.
Lead daily shift huddles and communicate key operational updates.
Lead daily shift briefings and participate in meetings with the Area Manager.
Monitor attendance and staffing to ensure effective shift handover.
