Job summary

ID Logistics (IDL) is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader for its Milton, Ontario site. This on-site, full-time role reports to the Area Manager and drives safety, quality, productivity, and service targets.

You will supervise a team across picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, while coaching staff, leading daily huddles, and optimizing throughput using Lean practices. Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–5 years in warehouse operations, 1–3 years in leadership, and experience with

High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates across picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and related warehouse functions.
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and SLAs.
Drive performance through coaching, feedback, accountability and follow-up.
Lead daily shift huddles and communicate key operational updates.
Lead daily shift briefings and participate in meetings with the Area Manager.
Monitor attendance and staffing to ensure effective shift handover.
