Job summary

CTDI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager in Calgary to lead daily warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and manage P&L responsibilities. You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while coordinating with logistics, procurement, and customer service.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution setting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with WMS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in a high-volume warehouse or distribution environment with P&L/budgets.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities (receiving, storage, order fulfillment, shipping).
• Develop and implement policies and standards to streamline workflow and improve productivity.
• Manage reports, analytics, and daily P&L reporting; participate in daily management calls.
• Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock movements to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Lead and coach warehouse staff; foster a high-performing team culture.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service to meet customer needs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Support KPI dashboards and executive reporting; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
