Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Calgary, AB, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor with 2+ years of progressive warehouse leadership. You will lead and mentor a team, implement Lean-driven improvements, and ensure accurate data collection and issue communication to materials, quality, and IT teams.

You will work Monday to Friday onsite in Calgary, focused on Lean concepts and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attendance and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Two years progressive warehouse experience with leadership.
• Strong leadership, positive attitude and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data and problem solve.
• Willingness to work closely with management.
• Experience with IMS/DView or ability to learn the system.
• Dedicated to learning lean/continuous improvement concepts.
