Job summary

Creative Innovation Inc is seeking Warehouse Supervisors to oversee inbound, outbound, and inventory control operations. You will be assigned to an area based on experience and needs, ensuring accuracy and safety.

You will supervise staff, coordinate daily activities, monitor KPIs, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, while maintaining accurate records using WMS, ERP, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse experience in inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment.
• 1+ year supervisory or frontline management experience preferred.
• Experience with WMS, ERP, PDA/RF scanning systems, or warehouse data systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable and able to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform warehouse-related physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate daily inbound, outbound, or inventory control activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, returns, cycle counting, and inventory adjustments as assigned.
• Plan daily staffing, assign tasks, and monitor team productivity, accuracy, and safety performance.
• Monitor operational KPIs, including receiving accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time shipping, and inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, shipping errors, damaged goods, and inventory variances.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using WMS, ERP, scanning systems, Microsoft Excel, and other data-entry tools.
• Train, coach, and support warehouse employees to improve productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and proper product storage.
• Work with supply chain, logistics, purchasing, inventory, and management teams to resolve operational issues.
• Assist with SOP development, workflow improvements, and operational standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain regular and reliable attendance.
