Job summary

leading-edge is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations in Toronto, Ontario. The role covers receiving, storing, and shipping goods, while leading a team of staff and forklift operators.

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and efficiency across processes. Ideally, candidates bring 2+ years of supervisory experience in fast-paced settings, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with warehouse management software.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• 8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• 2. Experience: 2+ years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• 3. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a team environment; proficiency in warehouse management software.
• 4. Certifications: OSHA certification or equivalent; forklift certification a plus.
