Job summary

Maple Supply Chain Management Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin & English) in Woodbridge, ON to lead outbound operations and support floor teams with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency.

You will oversee the Mix Package Department, monitor daily KPIs, plan staffing, and enforce procedures while maintaining health, safety, and security standards. This role requires bilingual communication and strong leadership on site.

Qualifications

• At least one year in a warehouse management role.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Working knowledge of warehouse procedures and relevant operating requirements.
• The ability to lead and motivate a team with strong organization and communication.
• Forklift licence is preferred.

The opportunity
