Job summary

Lotte Global Logistics N. America is seeking a warehouse outbound logistics specialist in Regina, Canada. You will manage outbound shipments, use Excel with pivot tables and VLOOKUP, and work with Warehouse Management Systems to handle Bills of Lading and dock operations.

You must lift up to 40 lbs, work flexible shifts, and communicate clearly in English. The role requires strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Excel for logistics tasks such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems and Bills of Lading.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and ensure correct lot numbers/product codes
• Record material quantities using site equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or supervisor
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
• Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Job description

Responsible for managing the outbound logistics of the warehouse. The candidate will be required to have a strong understanding of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing the Bill of Lading and Dock Management. The candidate will also be responsible for managing the On Road Transportation of the warehouse. The candidate should have strong computer skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
• Perform pre-use inspection on pallet jack equipment
• Mark materials with identifying information
• Open boxes and other containers when necessary
• Pick products and make sure it shows the correct selection of lot numbers/product codes
• Record amount of material using site specific equipment to update inventory
• Arrange stock parts in specific order for assembly
• Communicate damaged products to inventory or lead/supervisor
• Ability to give voice commands in English may be required
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
