Finning Canada is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our busy team in Prince George. As the Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for overseeing all parts and warehouse processes and procedures related to the accurate and timely procurement of parts to our valued Finning (Canada) customers. Job Description:

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and timely procurement of parts to all customers
  • Plan, organize and schedule of the daily and weekly workloads and personnel schedules
  • Support training for all warehouse functions as required
  • Communicate and liaison with both internal and external customers providing superior customer service
  • Facilitate change management in demanding and fast paced customer focused environment
  • Identify and establish required internal parts systems and processes
  • Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years of previous supervisory experience in a similar environment
  • Experience working in a leadership role, preferably in a customer facing setting
  • Strong working knowledge of the Caterpillar dealer processes
  • Understands and adheres to Finning policies and procedures, including safety
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Constructive team building skills to encourage positive employee engagement and contribution
  • Proficiency in all aspects of MS Office suite with an emphasis in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Understands and adheres to safety procedures and protocols
