Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor onsite at our Milton, ON facility.

What You’ll Do

• Manage warehouse operations to meet customer demands, including shipping, receiving, and picking to support production goals.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies, acting as a role model in the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives like VSM, 5S+, and Standard Work to foster a culture of Kaizen and Lean activities.
• Mentor and train warehouse staff, ensuring a highly engaged and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

Basic (required):

• College diploma or university degree from an accredited institution.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
• 5 years of experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship.
• Reside within 80 km of Milton; no relocation offered.

Preferred:

• Experience managing warehouse or supply chain in electrical manufacturing, fabrication, or engineered-to-order environments.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Experience with Oracle and warehouse layout optimization.

Skills

Success in this role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software, and the ability to manage logistics effectively.
