Position Details:- Pay: $70,000
- Schedule: Sun-Thur 2 PM - end of shift.
Position Purpose:We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Distribution Center Supervisor to oversee our replenishment and allocation functions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and demonstrate a deep understanding of inventory management, supply chain processes, and data analysis.
Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee daily replenishment operations to ensure timely and accurate stock levels.
- Monitor and manage allocation processes, ensuring optimal distribution of products across various locations.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and improve replenishment accuracy.
- Collaborate with procurement, inventory, and warehouse teams to streamline inventory flow and improve efficiency.
- Implement and maintain inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and stock-outs.
- Use advanced analytical tools and systems to generate reports, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Required QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or related.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred QualificationsSupervisor experience leading a Full Case selection team.
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
MS Excel analytical skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups
