Working directly with our Regional Manager, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting renovation projects, coordinating materials, working with trades and suppliers, and helping keep our day‑to‑day operations running smoothly.

No extensive experience is required. We'll provide guidance and support as you learn and grow into the role.

What You'll Be Doing

This is a varied, hands‑on position that combines warehouse responsibilities with project coordination.

Warehouse & Materials

• Receive, organize, and maintain construction materials and inventory.
• Prepare materials and supplies for upcoming renovation projects.
• Help coordinate material deliveries and ensure project teams have what they need.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse.

Project Coordination

• Assist the Regional Manager with coordinating apartment suite turnovers and renovation projects.
• Communicate with trades, suppliers, and site personnel to help keep projects on schedule.
• Assist with tracking project progress, materials, and schedules.
• Support site visits, measurements, and project documentation.
• Help prepare quotes, work orders, and other project-related information.
• Learn the day‑to‑day processes involved in managing construction and renovation projects.

As you become more comfortable in the role, you'll have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop your project coordination skills.
