Job summary

Bartle & Gibson in Canada is seeking a energetic warehouse associate to handle receiving, picking and shipping orders, and maintain inventory. This role requires physical labour and a positive team player attitude.

You'll organize space in the warehouse, restock materials, and ensure accurate paperwork for shipments. The position offers growth within a dynamic wholesale environment across Western Canada.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous warehouse experience is an asset.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset.
• Plumbing/electrical industry experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders.
• Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and documents are maintained for shipping purposes.
• Organize products efficiently and maintain inventories.
• Pull products from the yard and warehouse as required.
• Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties.
• General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed.
• Restock materials as and when required.
• Other duties as required.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proven ability to work under time constraints and deadlines


• Able to lift at least 50 pounds


• Team player, adaptable, energetic with a positive attitude

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent required


• Previous warehouse experience will be considered an asset


• Experience in a fast-paced environment an asset


• Previous plumbing and/or electrical industry experience will be considered an asset
