Job summary

Advantage Personnel is seeking a Warehouse Order Picker / Packer in Dartmouth, NS for full-time hours. The role involves building and preparing customer orders for shipment with attention to accuracy and safety.

You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, lifting up to 30 lbs and maintaining an organized workspace. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, picking/packing orders, palletizing, and general upkeep while following safety procedures and company policies.

• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting and performing physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Title: Warehouse Order Picker / Packer
Location: Dartmouth, NS
Shift/Hours: Full-time hours
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

The Order Picker / Packer will support daily warehouse operations by picking, packing, organizing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role involves hands-on warehouse work and requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload products safely and efficiently
• Pick and pack customer orders accurately
• Organize and maintain stock in the warehouse
• Palletize products for storage or shipping
• Perform light cleaning and general warehouse upkeep
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 30 lbs. or more unassisted
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• CSA-approved safety boots required
