Job summary

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to operate standard warehouse equipment; training will be provided to ensure efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or order-picking is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently or with a team.
• Basic English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare products according to orders and pick lists.
• Verify product numbers, quantities and order accuracy.
• Pack, label and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners and other warehouse equipment.
• Load and unload products as needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged or missing products.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe.
• Follow warehouse procedures and health & safety rules.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties.

• Verify product numbers, quantities, and order accuracy.
• Pack, label, and stage completed orders for shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, carts, scanners, and other warehouse equipment as required.
• Load and unload products when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory and report damaged, missing, or incorrect products.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow warehouse procedures, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift and move products as required by the position.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is an asset.
• Forklift or powered equipment certification is an asset where applicable.
