Advantage Personnel is seeking a Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate in Bedford, NS for a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. shift at a pay rate of CAD 18.00 per hour. The role supports daily warehouse operations, safely operating a forklift, moving materials, and assisting with order picking, packing, and shipping duties.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable performing both forklift operation and general warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift operator certification is required.
• Previous forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or distribution environment is required.
• CSA-approved safety boots must be worn.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely to load, unload, and move materials.
• Complete pre-shift inspections and routine safety checks on the forklift.
• Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing incoming materials and supplies.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stack, sort, and maintain organized warehouse inventory.
• Move and stage product throughout the warehouse as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow company safety procedures and workplace protocols.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
