Job summary

Univar Solutions Canada Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform all warehouse duties under the supervision of the Warehouse Manager. You will handle materials, monitor inventory, pick and prep orders, and assist with loading and unloading shipments, including bulk liquid transfers.

The role requires basic high school education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience and WHMIS/TDG training are an asset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work within company policy where experience and independent judgement is demonstrated.
• Forklift operation experience an asset.
• WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

About The Position

Pay and benefits:

The starting base wage for this position is $26.85 per hour during probationary period and increases to $32.60 thereafter. The specific wage offered to a candidate is established by the classification within the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) under which the position is covered.
