Job summary

Univar Solutions Canada Ltd is seeking a Warehouse Operator to perform all warehouse duties, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. You will handle materials, monitor inventory, pick and prepare orders using a forklift, assist with off-loading, and manage bulk liquid transfers while performing routine cleaning and maintenance.

• High school diploma or equivalent working experience.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, computer and clerical skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Forklift experience is an asset; WHMIS/TDG training is an asset.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

About the position

What you’ll do:

What you’ll need:

• Forklift operation experience an asset
• WHMIS and/or TDG training an asset
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis

Pay and benefits:

The starting base wage for this position is $26.85 per hour during probationary period and increases to $32.60 thereafter. The specific wage offered to a candidate is established by the classification within the applicable collective bargaining agreement (CBA) under which the position is covered.
