IKEA Canada in Edmonton is seeking a Warehouse Operations Team Leader to inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing fulfilment team. You will ensure operational excellence, safety, and efficiency across our warehouse operations while maintaining product availability for customers.

You should have a university degree with 2 years related experience or 5 years in related roles, plus at least 1 year of managerial experience.

• Create a culture of quality by coaching team members on best practices, reducing product damage, and promoting attention to detail throughout the fulfilment process.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 62000 CAD to 72000 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
