Job summary

IKEA in Calgary, Canada is hiring a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker to perform core and support processes in the assigned area, using the available systems and tools to support efficient operations and data integrity. The starting rate is 19.5 CAD per hour and minimum 1 year of related experience is required.

You will contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution, follow health, safety and security rules, and work in a lean, cost-conscious way.

• Perform effectively the core and support processes in the assigned area of responsibility, using the available systems and tools that support efficient operations and data integrity.
• Contribute to the highest goods availability through accurate and on-time execution of the assigned fulfilment unit operations area of responsibility.
• Commit to all IKEA health, safety and security rules and business requirements within the area of responsibility and actively help colleagues to prevent any incidents involving co-workers, customers, equipment, building and IKEA products.
• Ensure optimised daily fulfilment unit operations within the assigned area of responsibility by working in a lean, simple and cost-conscious way, applying and sharing good examples.
