Job summary

Maritime Paper Products LP seeks a Stock Room Coordinator at our Dartmouth facility to manage spare parts inventory, receive and issue materials, and support maintenance reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will maintain CMMS data, perform cycle counts, and drive lean improvements while collaborating with Operations, Purchasing, and Accounting. The role requires organizational skills and physical stamina.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in storerooms handling mechanical and electrical parts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• LEAN training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop workflows for stock management and spare parts availability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and obsolescence reviews.
• Operate CMMS data, BOMs, and storeroom documentation.
• Kitting, staging, and delivery of materials for planned work orders.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to improve parts management processes.
• Ensure storeroom access is restricted to authorized personnel.
• Prepare reports on storeroom activities.
