Job summary

Autism Services Canada is seeking a reliable Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our family-owned flooring store in Canada. You will manage receiving inventory, prepare deliveries, and maintain an efficient warehouse to support day-to-day operations.

The role offers full-time hours, a health benefit plan, and a supportive team environment. Training is provided for forklift-related tasks, and there are opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Forklift experience is an asset (but not required, we will train)
• Valid driver's license is an asset

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery, pickup or install.
• Maintain accurate inventory, assist with stock counts and ordering.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks.

We are a family owned, flooring store. We sell flooring, paint and blinds. We also do installs of flooring and blinds.

We’re looking for a reliable, organized, and hardworking Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team. This role is key to keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly from receiving inventory to supporting deliveries and maintaining an efficient warehouse.
