Job summary

Dheya is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts (high-reach and counterbalance), perform order picking, and support general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be safety-focused, accurate with inventory, and able to switch between equipment operation and manual duties as priorities change throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Valid forklift certification is required.
• Previous order-picking and inventory-handling experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50–60 lbs.
• Comfortable performing both forklift and manual warehouse work.
• Strong attention to accuracy and product handling.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Load, unload, move, and stage warehouse products.
• Put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
• Replenish picking locations as required.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order details.
• Use RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems when required.
• Perform manual material handling and general warehouse duties.
• Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 50–60 lbs.
• Assist with pallet building, wrapping, labeling, and staging.
• Inspect equipment before use and report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all warehouse procedures, safety requirements, and supervisor instructions.
• Support different departments and operational tasks based on daily requirements.

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Warehouse Associate who can support multiple areas of warehouse operations.
