This role ensures the sustained technical mastery and leadership in manufacturing by managing a key business line (technical, system, or organizational) to meet site business needs. You will ensure key results are achieved and develop others to maintain technical expertise on the manufacturing line. Using a systematic approach and strategic thinking, you will focus on long-term results.
How you will contribute
In your first managerial role, you will ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets are met by translating section goals into team objectives. You will develop budgets, control costs, ensure governance and compliance, eliminate losses, and handle workforce planning, including recruitment, retention, development, succession planning, and identifying high-potential team members. Your role is crucial for delivering high-quality snacks to our customers.
