Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Warehouse Associate to oversee daily warehouse activities at our Calgary facility. You will direct staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, while maintaining customer service standards, productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities include resolving shift issues, enforcing policies, and ensuring housekeeping and safety compliance. The role supports a dynamic team in a retail logistics environment withhands-on duties.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience including operating warehouse equipment is required or preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on shift.
• Good interpersonal and teambuilding skills to maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Direct all job tasks within the operation to increase productivity.
• Resolve production and personnel issues during shift and report to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Administer company policies and represent Staples professionally.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and equipment maintenance.
• Enforce Health and Safety guidelines across the team.
