Job summary

Hercules SLR in Delta, BC is hiring a full-time Warehouse Associate to coordinate daily warehouse activities, manage inventory, and ensure timely order processing. You will support shipping/receiving, prep outgoing shipments, and assist the front counter when needed.

The role reports to the Branch Manager and requires teamwork and safety focus. The company offers a strong benefits package, regular hours Monday to Friday, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent is an asset.
• Previous warehouse experience is required.
• Previous customer service experience is an asset.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work safely.
• Legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Prioritizes daily workflow based on order due dates.
• Oversees shipping and receiving activities and prepares shipments.
• Coordinates with Branch Manager for training and supplies.
• Ensures inventory accuracy and QA on outgoing orders.
• Provides excellent customer service at front counter when needed.
