Job summary

Hercules Group Of Companies in Delta, BC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to join Hercules SLR branch. You will handle day-to-day interactions with customers and support Territory Managers.

The role focuses on building strong client relationships, increasing branch sales, and delivering accurate quotations and orders. Legal entitlement to work in Canada is required; PR sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, Territory Managers and product supply functions.
• Handle client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Assist Territory Managers with quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Develop industry and product knowledge to improve client service.
• Aim to increase branch sales and expand the customer base.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications
• Support Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence
• Development of industry and product knowledge to enhance client service
• Increase branch sales and customer base
