Hercules SLR Inc. in Delta, BC is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to support sales and client service across telephone, in-person, and email channels.

The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, develop product knowledge, and help meet quotations and orders while enjoying a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and product supply.
• Provide client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications.
• Support Territory Managers with quotations, orders and correspondence.
• Develop product knowledge to enhance client service.
• Increase branch sales and customer base.

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales to join our team in our Hercules SLR branch located in Delta, BC. Our ideal candidate will represent Hercules with a strong positive attitude and a drive to succeed; all in an effort to ensure optimal client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day interactions and sales functions between customers, Territory Managers and the product supply functions within Hercules
• Client service via telephone, in-person and electronic communications
• Support Territory Managers with a focus on fulfilling quotations, orders and correspondence
• Development of industry and product knowledge to enhance client service
• Increase branch sales and customer base
