Job summary

Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Canada) Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Surrey, BC. This full-time, on-site role supports shipping/receiving, inventory control and order fulfillment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will handle material movements, perform cycle counts, and maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems while using a VLM daily. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years Shipping/Receiving or general warehouse experience.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Project).
• Experience with MRP or ERP related software.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and deliver materials based on upcoming work orders to production areas as required.
• Manage inventory through cycle counting of all materials.
• Mark reels, cartons or other containers with identifying information if and when required.
• Utilize PPE to ensure safe handling of materials and protect products from damage.
• Maintain inventory by labeling and locating materials in stock and recording locations.
• Deliver and open materials to keep work centers stocked and in-process inventory flowing.
• Update internal systems with material movement across inventory sites.
• Receive return materials from production and verify item details before stocking.
• Follow daily task priorities and ensure all product movement is accurately tracked.
• Operate a VLM daily to pick orders and put-away stock as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
