Job summary

withinUs Natural Health Inc. is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate for warehouse-based work in Vancouver. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping orders, receiving inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized facility.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, and handling outbound shipments, plus supporting transfers, returns, and basic production tasks as needed. Flexible part-time and full-time schedules are offered.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
• English communication (written and verbal)
• Flexibility to support early mornings, weekends, or peak periods
• Basic computer or shipping system experience is an asset
• Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is an asset
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Background check satisfactory

Responsibilities

• Order Picking & Packing: pick and pack wholesale and ecommerce orders with speed and accuracy; pack products carefully; ship orders per schedules; identify discrepancies
• Shipping & Warehouse Support: prepare outbound shipments; organize completed orders; move pallets; label locations
• Receiving & Inventory: receive/unload/store inventory; assist with transfers and returns; support inventory flow
• Warehouse Standards: maintain clean/ safe/ organized warehouse; dispose cardboard; follow SOPs; communicate with team leads
