IDN-Canada in Halifax, NS is looking for a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support team member to join our local location. This role combines warehouse duties with customer service responsibilities and offers long-term career growth within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving orders, stocking products, assisting with stock counts, data entry, and providing excellent service to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal & written communication skills in English.
• Positive attitude and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily.
• Comfortable in a computerized environment.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as working in a cohesive team environment.

• Shipping/receiving orders and transfers.
• Stocking & organizing products.
• Assisting in regular stock counts.
• Executing daily branch functions for productions and warehouse, including loading/unloading transport, arranging deliveries, customer pickups, picking orders, putting away stock, and cleaning.
• Entering transactions into computer systems.
• Opportunities for growth may include supporting basic order entry, assisting with product or service inquiries, and developing customer service skills, based on business needs and employee interest.
• Supporting and working with all other branch personnel.
