Job summary

IDN-Canada is hiring for a Full-Time Warehouse / Customer Support position in Halifax, NS. The role combines warehouse duties with customer service, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule, on-site work, and a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include shipping/receiving, stocking, counts, data entry, and daily branch operations. Opportunities for growth exist in order entry and handling inquiries as needed within a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal & written communication in English.
• Positive attitude and a dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks daily.
• Comfortable in a computerized environment.

• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Shipping/receiving orders and transfers.
• Stocking and organizing products.
• Assisting in regular stock counts.
• Executing daily branch functions: loading/unloading, deliveries, customer pickups, order picking, putting away stock, cleaning.
• Entering transactions into computer systems.
• Support with basic order entry and customer inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with branch personnel.
