Job summary

Sunward Canada in Puslinch, ON is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations for spare-parts, including unloading, receiving, storage, order picking and shipment.

Responsibilities include verifying goods, maintaining accurate inventory, conducting cycle counts, and coordinating with logistics providers. Proficiency in MS Office is required; Mandarin is a plus. This is a full-time, daytime role with standard hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in inbound and outbound warehouse management, spare-parts focused.
• Valid forklift certification and practical forklift operation experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and documentation.
• Capable of physical warehouse tasks; careful, reliable and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and warehouse spare-parts; inspect and store delivered items.
• Verify incoming goods against delivery notes and log receiving data; store parts properly.
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipment preparation for spare-parts orders.
• Maintain accurate stock-in/stock-out records and real-time inventory data.
• Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies, damage, or missing parts promptly.
• Operate forklift safely for loading/unloading and moving goods, following safety standards.
• Sort and arrange spare parts; keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
• Generate and archive warehouse documents: receiving slips, picking lists, packing lists, shipment records.
• Liaise with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments for delivery and follow-up.
• Complete ad-hoc warehouse tasks as assigned.

We are seeking a responsible Warehouse Coordinator to be in charge of the daily warehouse operations for spareparts, including unloading and receiving incoming goods, parts storage, order picking, packing, and shipment.

• Complete unloading, inspection, and warehousing of delivered spare-parts;
• Verify incoming goods against delivery notes, record receiving information, and place parts into designated storagelocations.
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipment preparation for spare-parts orders, ensure parts are complete, wellpacked,and ready for logistics pickup.
• Manage full warehouse inbound and outbound workflows, accurately record all stock-in and stock-out transactions,and maintain real-time, correct inventory data.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and spot-check warehouse inventory; report stock discrepancies, damage, or missingparts in a timely manner.
• Operate the forklift safely for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse, and comply with sitesafety operation standards.
• Sort, classify, and arrange spare parts in the warehouse; keep the warehouse tidy, safe, and well organized.
• Generate, sort, and archive warehouse documents, including receiving slips, picking lists, packing lists, and shipmentrecords.
• Liaise and communicate with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal departments for parts delivery, receiving,and order follow-up.
• Complete ad- hoc warehouse and operational tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

• Practical, hands-on experience in warehouse inbound and outbound management, with spare-parts warehouseexperience preferred.
• Valid forklift operation certification and practical forklift operating experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) for data entry and document processing.
• Able to handle physical warehouse work; careful, reliable, good at multi-tasking.
• Good English reading and communication skills; Mandarin language capability is a plus for communication withthe overseas head office.
• Follow safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
