Polaron Energy Corp. is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse operations and inventory management at our Sussex site. This full-time role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable handling of solar equipment.

You will record incoming goods, prepare shipments, manage inventory, and collaborate with the sales team to fulfill orders. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and methodical work style.
• Experience in warehouse operations or inventory management is an asset.
• Comfortable with manual handling, including moving solar materials.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
• Forklift experience is an asset; training can be provided.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming solar products and materials.
• Prepare solar panels and related equipment for shipment or customer pick-up.
• Sort, pack, and ship inventory.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and handling of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular counts.
• Update inventory and logistics information in internal systems.
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales).
• Support distribution and order processing activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

Role: Warehouse Coordinator

Location: 195 Stewart Ave., Sussex, NB E4E 2G1

Salary Range: $35,000.00 to $40,000.00/per year + bonus

Type of Role: Full-time, permanent (35 hours per week)

• Perform sorting, packing, and shipping of inventory
• Assist with loading, unloading, and general handling of goods
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts
• Update inventory and logistics information within internal systems
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and fulfill orders (non-sales role)
• Support distribution and order processing activities
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
