Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. is hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate at our Milton, Ontario location. You will manually pick product orders, assemble onto pallets, and transfer pallets to the dock for loading onto delivery trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a refrigerated environment.

We are currently seeking Full-Time Warehouse Associates to join our team based out of our Milton, Ontario location.

Position

Full-Time, Permanent Schedule: 9am - 5:30pm, Sunday to Friday, with Saturday and Monday off Wage: $19.50/hour (paid on a weekly basis!)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manually picking product orders with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Assembling product securely onto pallets.
• Transferring completed pallets to the dock area for loading onto delivery trucks.
• Adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols within the warehouse environment.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements (Must-Haves)

• Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding work.
• Comfortable working within a refrigerated environment : between 4 and 6 degrees.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
• Flexible availability to work Sundays and occasional Overtime.

Assets (Nice-to-Haves)

• Previous experience in a Warehouse, logistics, or distribution setting.
• Current Forklift Certification (an asset, not required).
