Fresh Start Foods Canada Ltd. seeks a Director of Operations in Milton, Ontario, to lead and optimize our warehouse, manufacturing and distribution.

You will hire, mentor and evaluate management staff, ensure quality and regulatory compliance, and drive data‑driven improvements across supply chains.

This full‑time role offers annual salary 100,000–120,000 CAD plus bonuses and an inclusive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.

Director of Operations – Full‑Time, Permanent (Milton, ON)

Salary: $100,000‑120,000 per year plus bonuses.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource and servant leader, fostering teamwork and performance.
• Interview, hire, train, retain and evaluate management staff.
• Develop and mentor future warehouse and transportation leaders.
• Ensure accuracy of customer orders, shipments, quality standards, inventory, system audits, and general division maintenance.
• Collaborate with transportation supervisors, the Transportation Manager and other department heads to optimize operations, policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain training, equipment and resource plans, executing data‑driven decisions during operational crises.
• Plan and execute production to meet regulatory and SQF requirements.
• Perform any other duties as required.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
