Job summary

Kerr Controls Ltd. is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Saint John, New Brunswick team. You will support receiving, storage, handling, and distribution of HVACR products while maintaining accuracy and a customer-focused approach.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Knowledge of inventory control, WHMIS, and Dangerous Goods handling.
• First Aid and Occupational Health & Safety training are assets.
• Experience within HVACR, plumbing, electrical, or wholesale distribution industry is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and accurately process incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with inventory counts as required.
• Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and maintained according to safety standards.
• Provide support to customers, sales staff, and fellow team members to help achieve branch goals.
• Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

As a WarehouseAssociate, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage,handling, and distribution of products while supporting both our customers andbranch operations. Key Responsibilities

• Valid driver's license.
