Job summary

Kubik is a growing company delivering immersive tradeshow exhibits and experiential environments in Mississauga. We’re looking for a warehouse associate to operate a forklift, handle pallets, verify incoming goods, and keep accurate records.

You’ll work Monday to Friday, with overtime opportunities, supporting accuracy and safety in our fast-paced warehouse. Join a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to pick, move, and build pallets according to load sheets.
• Open crates and containers to identify, receive, and verify products.
• Mark load tickets for out-of-stock or damaged items and wrap pallets for staging.
• Submit paperwork for verification before loading and stage pallets for trucks.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow safety policies.

Job description

What You'll Do (A Typical Day)

• Operate a forklift to pick, move, and build pallets/loads according to load sheets


• Open crates and containers to accurately identify, receive, and verify products


• Mark load tickets for any out-of-stock or damaged items


• Wrap completed pallets and prepare them for staging


• Submit paperwork for verification before loading


• Stage pallets and load trucks when orders are ready


• Complete partial pallets and organize mixed pallets for storage


• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counting


• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and follow all safety policies and procedures

Who We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience (order picking, staging, storage)


• Comfortable working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets


• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and reliability


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment


• Bonus: Valid G driver's license

Compensation

Hourly pay: $22-$24

Benefits including health, dental, life and disability

Hours: Monday to Friday 7:00 - 3:30 with opportunities for overtime
